Shipping. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.

For domestic orders, please allow at least 2-7 business days after order is placed for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow at least 4-9 business days for order processing and verification after order is placed. Shipping times may vary on holidays or if there is inclement weather. 

To protect our customers, Deeply Rooted by Shanaè is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery.

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

Deeply Rooted by Shanaè is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.

By purchasing from dplyrtd.co, you agree to assume responsibility of the item once it has been dispatched, shipped and a tracking number has been provided. 

Return/Exchange Policy 

At this time, Deeply Rooted by Shanaè does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Most products are exclusively one to one and are produced in small quantities. All products are inspected throughly before they are shipped.

Lost or Stolen Package

Deeply Rooted by Shanaè is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If your package is lost or stolen, contact the shipping agent to file a claim.
